You Inflate- We Create
Client purchases balloons from preferred website and inflates balloons. Joy Expressions will arrive to design. Balloons are ordered from preferred sites, and an instructional video is available upon request. Price is within a 30 mile radius. -Backdrop, props and specialty balloons not included. Design option are limited.
